Dear Roxanne,

I would like to compliment you and Cantoni on one of your young designers, Bailey Burgess.  As a recent expat from Australia I have just started furnishing my loft in Las Colinas, and so have been visiting a wide range of design stores and talking to a lot of in-house designers and customer service staff.  While customer service in general is positive and friendly in Dallas, Bailey separates herself from the pack by her attentiveness and follow-through.  She has kept an eye peeled for me, made suggestions, and emailed me photos with ideas...which in turn have resulted in me considering broader options and making purchases.

Bailey knows that for the moment my budget is modest, but has provided the same gracious service and support that I would expect to be extended to a larger client.  This is the sort of approach that (a) turns clients like me into longer-term and larger prospects, and (b) encourages referrals that may be of greater short-term advantage to Cantoni.  She is an asset and a credit to your selection and training process.

No, I'm not her Mom!  But I want to encourage someone who early  in her career is clearly on the right track.

Dallas Designer Delivers for Client's Utah Home

It was the smoothest delivery and couldn’t have asked for more! I was blown away at the detail of wrapping on every piece of furniture and how beautifully it all came together!   I will be visiting in January to photograph the property, until then here are a few pictures of the house to hold you over!

BTW: Beto Torres who delivers for Cantoni is amazing. He exudes the high level of customer service that you should be able to expect with high end deliveries. Unfortunately, I have received other deliveries and services which were disappointing. However, all of my deliveries from Cantoni have always been incredible and have exceeded my expectations.

Truly at Home (and Peace) in Condo

You are brilliant and talented with good vision. I am ecstatic with Cantoni's furniture, and your design. Your layout, choice of those split design coffee table gives me so much flexibility and is unique. Thanks to the abundance of light in my unit, the glass coffee table exudes depth and contrast. And the Renoir sofa and seat are amazing, sexy, a perfect fit for 811, and comfortable, much more comfortable than your old floor model. Sitting and lounging on them approaches spooning. WOW!!! The placement of the sofa near the window opens up my floor plan. It's now begging for the wooden bar stools you recommended..

I am truly at home and in peace in my condo now, thanks to your help and skill.

Transformed Unfurnished Living Space into a Beautifully Furnished Home

Perfect...Cantoni Style


Good Morning Jana!  Everything went very well with the delivery. The truck arrived around 10am Tuesday morning. The guys unloaded, with the help of my nephew Wesley. I couldn't have done this project without him. They had everything crated up, so we broke the boxes open and got real busy. It was fun; everything was in perfect shape (of course, Cantoni style). We set the rooms up, and did a little adjusting to the furniture layout. And voila! A beautiful spread!!! The only thing I need to do is purchase the right comforter. I'll keep you posted on that. Anyway I'll return to Dallas on Monday, and I'll bring some pics! Thanks again for ALL you help.

Brooke England:  The 'Good' About the 'Best'

I have just completed a very detailed transaction with one of your associates, Brooke England, and I asked her for your name in order to sing my praises to someone who really needs to hear them.

Brooke found the piece I wanted.  It happened to be in Los Angeles and she offered to have it brought to Irvine.  I put a deposit on it and was told it could be refunded if, in fact, it was not what I literally had in mind. ... She offered to help out every way she could and gave us alternatives.  Never once did she make me feel we were being demanding, or overly needy customers.  And now the red Cuddle will be delivered to my home on Monday morning.

In this time of challenging financial markets and customers seeking the most value for their money, Brooke England represents Cantoni the best of any of the sales associates I have encountered. Thank you for your time to read the 'good' about the 'best'!

Service After The Sell

Too many times all we hear are complaints  when things do not go right. I wanted to email you and let you know that Elizabeth Lewis has done an outstanding job coordinating the shipment of our purchases to our new home in Carmel.

Pam told me how helpful she had been in selecting the furniture from your showroom but then Pam left me here in Texas while she went off to Carmel. My job was to get the furniture out there. Long distance coordination of delivery and production of custom products is sometime not easy but Elizabeth has made it as easy as it can get and I just wanted you to know that I appreciate that.

It could have been very easy to get the order and then exit the transaction by saying that is a shipment issue. She has not done that and instead has been very proactive in checking on our orders and keeping us up to speed. That tells me that she (and your firm) are the type of people that I want to work with and I assure you we will be back to buy more things from your fine store. Please extend my thanks to Elizabeth as good service is hard to come by.

Light, Camera, Cantoni!

I a am a small business owner in Ft. Worth and can relate to how valuable a person like Alissa (Cantoni Design Consultant) is to an organization.  My home was recently filmed for a syndicated weekly TV show, ‘Designing Texas.’ In the two weeks prior to filming, we were rushing to complete several areas of our home that were not ready for the show. 

To complete the master bedroom and other areas, I contacted Alissa for Assistance.  I wanted to make sure you were aware of the way that she handled me as a customer, from my initial phone call Saturday afternoon. From the time I arrived at the store, we walked through every section looking for different ideas that would work in the areas that we were furnishing.  Though it was 10 minutes till closing on a Sunday evening, Alissa took the time to take photography and put them together in a very organized presentation for me. 

I hope you recognize Alissa for the way she helped Cantoni in developing a client relationship that will be long lasting. Because of the service and assistance I received from her during my visits and phone calls, I’ll be a repeat customer.  It’s your design staff that makes Cantoni a leader in Contemporary home furnishings area!

Honesty Is Our Policy

I want to take a moment to thank you and your associates at Cantoni for the superb customer service I have received over the last few months. As you almost certainly remember, I ordered an Eames chair through your Houston store and experienced uncommon difficulty in getting delivery from the manufacturer.  The design consultant who sold me the chair kindly enlisted the help of your Operations Manager. 

The Houston Operations Manager pursued the matter in a conscientious and methodical fashion.  As I understand it, you yourself assisted, by speaking directly to the president of the manufacturing firm.  Your joint efforts paid off, and I eventually took delivery in late December.

This week I had another pleasant surprise.  Your Operations Manager wrote me to say that Cantoni had discovered a $100 billing error in my favor, and that my VISA account had been credited accordingly.

This honesty is especially pleasing in view of the extra effort and expense that were required to secure the chair.  The Operations Manager might well have taken the position that I owed a bit more, as compensation.  I thank all of you for your honesty and perseverance in my behalf.

Turning Bad News Into Good

I am taking the time to write this not to make you aware of a very unsatisfactory situation I have had with your company.  I ordered one barstool from your location in Houston.  I was told at the time delivery time would be six weeks.  The fact that twelve weeks later I am still waiting for the barstool (which by the way I paid for in full the day that I ordered it) is not a good reflection of your company.

Now for the good news - the only reason that I am still waiting “somewhat patiently” is because of the handling & treatment from one of your employees.  He has been attentative and informative during this entire ordeal.  As a professional myself, I consider you very fortunate to have an employee that would put this much caring and energy into just a little barstool.

Brad Moore Rights Wrong

I recently purchased a black $4,000.00 desk from your store.  When the first desk was delivered the return was on the wrong side and another desk was ordered.  When the second desk came out I was out of town.  When I returned I found that the lower portion didn’t match up with the top. I was disappointed with the time and effort that was wasted in the process of getting a desk, and now the think wasn’t lining up right.  Throughout this should process, Brad Moore was reassuring and made me feel comfortable that everything would be made right.

If it wasn’t for Brad personally coming out to my house and correcting the situation (broken screw head), I doubt you would still have a customer, let alone a satisfied customer.

 I know that things go wrong in business, but I was pleased to see that Cantoni is wise enough to have a talented individual like Brad to make the wrongs, right.
